Our History: A Foundation of Vision
Vilash Mansion, standing with pride since 1935, was lovingly built by Late Ram Vilash Singh — the eldest son of Late Ram Karan Singh.
Ram Karan Singh was a man far ahead of his time, a visionary who understood the power of education when very few around him had access to it. In an era marked by colonial shadows, he emerged as one of the rare formally educated individuals, carrying wisdom, dignity, and progressive thinking.
He didn’t just educate himself — he planted a culture of learning that flowed into the next generations. And that seed of knowledge is what shaped the identity of this family.
Today, Vilash Mansion is more than a beautiful heritage structure; it is a living symbol of a lineage that valued education, character, and community leadership.
It stands tall not only because of its architecture, but because of the legacy of the most educated family in the region.
When Late Ram Vilash Singh began constructing this mansion, he used bricks from his own brick-manufacturing unit. Each brick used here carries a story — many of them even inscribed with the names of family members.
Built with Emotion, Not Just Bricks
This home was not built with cement alone, but with emotion. Not with bricks alone, but with blessings. Each layer holds the touch, effort, and love of the people who belonged to it. That is why Vilash Mansion still stands tall — strong not just in structure, but in spirit — a timeless testimony to family, legacy, and the values passed lovingly from one generation to the next.
